Let's start with almond milk to be honest I was skeptical it was going to taste nasty but it's delicious! The unsweetened with vanilla is the best for you since it doesn't have a bunch of added sugar. Really I'm going to have no problem replacing cow's milk with this.
Next up is Synergy's Kombucha/Chia combo is so good, I have been drinking this for awhile and it really improves how you feel. Chia is a super food loaded with omega 3s and fiber. Kombucha ia a fermented tea that's a probiotic. Some have a problem with the texture of chia but I thinks it tastes like Jello.
Finally coconut oil is AMAZING. You can cook with it and use it as a moisturizer, pretty cool huh?
It's also hearty healthy, lowers the amount of abdominal fat and boosts your immune system. Plus when you cook with it, the house smells all tropical!

Lurge! I have been drinking almond milk for a while and have to agree, it's pretty good. I also like to switch it up to coconut milk from time to time, but it is a bit sweeter. I'll definitely have to try the coconut oil. What do you usually cook it in? And is the synergy basically an energy drink? I'm interested to try it but not sure if Fargo carries that unique of products. We do have some organic little shops and in select grocery stores we have a decent whole foods/organic section, but it's still hard to find these neat items.
ReplyDeleteSorry it took so long to reply it has been CRAZY lately! Anyways you can use coconut oil to saute but I really like it for stir frys.The Synergy isn't a energy drink it's just chia, kombucha tea and a splash of fruit juice. Yummm!
